U.N. Denies Its Own Data To Stoke Hurricane Alarmism

A new report issued by the United Nations World Meteorological Agency (WMA), titled “The Human Cost of Disasters,” asserts climate change is causing more frequent and severe weather disasters each year. Yesterday, Climate Realism documented how the WMA report contradicted the…

A Guide to Climate Change in the 2020 Presidential Election – The New York Times

As countries have awakened to the hazards of climate change, they have slowly started curbing their greenhouse gas emissions in recent years. Some energy giants, like BP,now expect global demand for oil to plateau in the decades ahead. But scientists…

New Climate Row: Alarming UN Report Contradicts Its Own Data

The United Nations has become caught up in a new climate row over a recent UN report which claims to show an increase in climate disasters – but which seems to be contradicted by its own data. The row was…

Before I start my speech, I’d like to add my condolences to the Committee on Climate Change and everyone who knew Professor Dame Georgina Mace. Georgina’s work assessing the impacts of climate change and the effect of adaptation on the…

Biomass and global warming! – Economic Times

Biomass, Black Carbon, and Global warming (BBGs)!! This blog was posted in 2014 but the logic is still valid. Hence I am sharing with those who have an interest in global climate change. According to a paper published in Energy…

UCI, others see agriculture as major source of increase in atmospheric nitrous oxide

(University of California – Irvine) In a new study in Nature, climate researchers have drawn the clearest lines yet around the problem of nitrous oxide in Earth’s atmosphere. The potent greenhouse gas has both natural and human sources and, compared to CO2, is difficult to remove from the air, where it ‘lives’ for about 116 years.

Researchers find increases in nitrous oxide emissions, outpacing global predictions

(Yale School of the Environment) The term “greenhouse gas” is often used interchangeably with carbon dioxide, due to its prevalence in our atmosphere – more than 80 percent of all greenhouse gas emissions, estimates the Environmental Protection Agency. But another greenhouse gas, nitrous oxide (N2O), can have effects with far greater impact. And, according to a recent study, N2O emissions are increasing at a “devastating” rate, faster than predictions introduced by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Nitrous oxide emissions pose an increasing climate threat

Rising nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions are jeopardizing the climate goals of the Paris Agreement, according to a major new study. The growing use of nitrogen fertilizers in the production of food worldwide is increasing atmospheric concentrations of N2O – a greenhouse gas 300 times more potent than carbon dioxide (CO2) that remains in the atmosphere for more than 100 years.

ART HOBSON: Last chance on global warming – Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Conservatives and liberals alike must get serious about global warming. Conservatives tend to dismiss it. Our president considers it a hoax. In 2015, candidate Donald Trump said “Obama’s talking about all of this global warming and … of lot of…
