Casting for ocean-inspired solutions (17:55)

AltaSea, at the Port of Los Angeles, is a 35-acre campus dedicated to incubation, exploration and acceleration of solutions inspired by the ocean — from feeding the earth’s growing population with aquaculture to providing long-term employment and ocean-related careers such as robotics-controlled exploration or marine energy. AltaSea CEO Tim McOsker takes us on a tour of the facility’s priorities.

Jeff Bobeck, director of energy policy engagement at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, chats about the strong — and refreshing — spirit of bipartisanship when it comes to supporting carbon-capture technologies and solutions.
